I have been Chairman of both the BHS Fellows Association and The Association of Fellows and Instructors of the BHS.
I am a List One Chief Assessor for the BHS, examining up to Fellowship level including Chief Assessor at the Fellowship exam. I have been lucky enough to examine internationally in Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, China, Israel and Italy as well as Ireland.
I am Chairman on the BHS Advisory Committee for Qualifications [examinations] and Training. I am also a representative for the British Equestrian Federation (BHS) on the International Group for Equestrian Qualifications (IGEQ).
I am a BEF trained Coach Educator for the UK Coaching Certificate.
From 1978 until 1993, I managed Loughton Manor Equestrian Centre, developing it from its opening day to it becoming one of the top Stage IV training and examination centres in the country at the time. I trained approx 200 students for BHS qualifications up to BHSI, then became a freelance trainer.
